Q: I haven’t received my reward email with me unique claim code or have lost the reward claim code emailed to me by CHERY.

A: Please contact hello@cheryreward.co.uk and we will revert back within 3 working days to assist you.

Q: It is not allowing me to claim my next monthly Uber Eats voucher claim?

A: This could mean you have already claimed your voucher this month. Please note that a new month starts from 5am on the 1st of each month.

Alternatively, please email the reward team at hello@cheryreward.co.uk who will check your status and revert back to you within 3 working days.

Q: I have claimed my monthly Uber Eats voucher this week but have now misplaced it.

A: Please email hello@cheryreward.co.uk advising of your registered email address. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.

Q: My unique claim code didn't work when I tried to claim my first Uber Eats voucher.

A: Please email hello@cheryreward.co.ukadvising of your registered email address. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.

Q: My Uber Eats voucher was not accepted when I attempted to use it via the app

A: Please ensure you are not using an invalid voucher, your individual vouchers (with different sated validities) will appear in the wallet of your Uber Eats account where you can see their validity.
